Indulgent Nutella pretzel cookies - a simple, irresistible treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (such as Natural Jif®)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 53 pretzel sticks, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine 2 cups and 2 tablespoons of flour, along with baking soda and salt, in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together brown sugar and butter until smooth and creamy. Mix in egg, egg yolk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until dough forms. Gently fold in pretzels and chocolate-hazelnut spread.
  • Using a pair of spoons, gracefully portion out dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Rotate the baking sheet and bake for an additional 7 minutes until the cookies are fully cooked but still soft in the middle. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
