Indulgent Nutella® cookies with rich peanut butter chips for pure decadence.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter chips
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together chocolate hazelnut spread, peanut butter chips, flour, egg, and brown sugar until smooth using an electric mixer. Chill dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and space them 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges start to firm up. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet until set, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
