Whip up a decadent hazelnut cocoa cake with Nutella, cocoa powder, and coconut flour in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3.5 tablespoons almond milk, divided
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
Instructions:
  • Combine all-purpose flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a small bowl. Gradually mix in 3 tablespoons of almond milk, vanilla extract, Nutella, and 1/2 tablespoon of milk, stirring well after each addition until a smooth batter forms. Transfer the batter to a mug.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, then rest briefly and cook in 30-second intervals until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool slightly for 2 to 4 minutes before serving.
