Rich & fudgy hazelnut puddings

Indulge in rich chocolate with crispy hazelnuts.
Ingredients:
  • 185ml (3/4 cup) pouring cream
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder, sifted
  • 250ml (1 cup) milk
  • 15.00 gm cornflour
  • 75g (1/4 cup) Nutella Hazelnut Spread
  • 30g milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 30g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml Frangelico liqueur
  • 75g (1/2 cup) roasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, mix cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and half of the milk. In a separate jug, whisk cornflour with the remaining milk. Pour this mixture into the saucepan with the cream mixture. Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes until the mixture boils and thickens.
  • After taking the mixture off the heat, gently blend in the Nutella and mixed chocolate until it melts. Then, fold in the Frangelico and half of the hazelnuts. Divide the mixture among six 125ml (1/2-cup) dishes, ensuring each is filled evenly. To avoid a skin forming, cover the surface with plastic wrap. Place the dishes in the fridge and allow them to set for 3-4 hours. Once set, garnish with the remaining hazelnuts before serving.
