Indulge in a chewy peanut butter-oatmeal cookie loaded with chocolate chips for the perfect treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.33000001311302 cup peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect baking results.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend brown sugar, butter, and white sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in peanut butter, water, and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda. Then gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Add in oats and chocolate chips. Spoon by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake until the edges are lightly toasted, 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Transfer the baked dish to wire racks to cool after taking it out of the oven.
