Soft and chewy oatmeal raisin cookies with crispy edges, loved by all for their delicious flavor and perfect texture.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2.75 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners.
  • In a large bowl, whip together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Mix in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, then mix into the butter gradually. Fold in oats and raisins. Spoon teaspoonfuls of batter onto the lined cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown, switching racks halfway through. Allow the cookies to rest on the sheets for 1 to 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
