Irresistibly moist and delicious cookie with a healthy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1.25 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Cream smooth butter and brown sugar in a bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, and honey. Gradually mix in sifted flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Fold in rolled oats and raisins.
  • Spoon dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cookies turn golden brown. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
