Irresistible banana muffins with creamy sour cream and gooey chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease 24 muffin cups.
  • Cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add mashed banana and sour cream, then mix in the eggs. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
