Indulge in irresistible peanut and chocolate caramel bars made with sugar cookie dough straight from the fridge.
Ingredients:
  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark pan). In an ungreased 13x9-inch pan, crumble the cookie dough and evenly press it into the pan using floured fingers. Bake for 13 to 17 minutes until lightly golden brown. Enjoy the irresistible aroma as it bakes to perfection!
  • Take the partially baked bars out of the oven. Sprinkle peanuts and chocolate chips evenly over the warm bars. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix together caramel topping and flour. Drizzle the mixture evenly over the top of the bars.
  • Continue baking in the oven for an additional 15 to 18 minutes, or until the center starts to bubble. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows and store tightly covered.
