Colorful oven-baked rice with onion soup mix, mushrooms, celery, bell pepper, and broth - a vibrant and flavorful side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, with liquid
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Mix together the rice, mushrooms, celery, bell pepper, onion soup mix, beef broth, water, oil, and soy sauce.
  • Allow the dish to bake in the oven, covered, until the liquid is fully absorbed and the rice is perfectly cooked, approximately 45 minutes.
