Quick and effortless no-bake tuna casserole garnished with crispy French-fried onions.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, adding peas for the last 3 minutes; then drain.
  • In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add mushroom soup, tuna, milk, and Cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Mix in the pasta and peas until evenly coated.
