One-pan feta roast potatoes recipe

Feta-twisted crispy roasted potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 200g block danish feta
  • 700g baby coliban (chat) potatoes, halved
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced lengthways
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C (180C fan forced) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • - Arrange the feta in the center of a 6cm-deep, 18 x 26cm baking dish. - Surround the feta with the potatoes. - Sprinkle garlic and rosemary over the feta and potatoes. - Drizzle everything with oil.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, or until the potato is tender. Drizzle the cream over the potatoes, then crumble and stir the feta into the potato mixture. Serve hot.
