One-pan lemon chicken gnocchi recipe

Try our One-Pan Lemon Chicken Gnocchi for a flavorful, fuss-free meal melding succulent chicken, soft gnocchi, and zesty lemon flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 500g chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
  • 2 Chicken-style Stock Cubes
  • 300ml thickened cream for cooking
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 500g pkt fresh potato gnocchi (FOOD PREP - From refrigerated section of Coles)
  • 60ml (¼ cup) lemon juice, plus 1 lemon sliced, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large deep frying pan over medium-high heat, heat oil. Brown chicken for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from pan to a heatproof plate.
  • Combine 1 ¼ cups water, stock cubes, cream, and garlic in a pan and bring to a simmer. Add gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until gnocchi is tender. Mix in chicken and lemon juice.
  • Garnish gnocchi with lemon slices before serving.
