Delicious pumpkin bread with Bisquick®, raisins, and easy one-pan preparation.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/3 cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan generously.
  • Combine all ingredients in a pan and mix with a fork until just moistened. Beat vigorously for 1 minute, then gently fold in the raisins.
  • Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Run a knife or metal spatula around the sides of the loaf to loosen it, then remove from the pan to a wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
