Whip up a zesty orange cake using cake mix, lemon pudding mix, and fresh orange juice for a burst of fruity goodness!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 0.75 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix. Create a well in the center and add orange juice, oil, eggs, and lemon extract. Mix on low speed with an electric mixer until combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl, then beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Once the cake has cooled, prepare the glaze by simmering sugar, orange juice, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Place the cake on a beautiful serving platter and generously drizzle the glaze over it.
