Elevate your salmon game with zesty orange juice marinade, crunchy coconut crust, and a sweet & spicy dipping sauce - a flavor explosion for your taste buds!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (7 ounce) package flaked coconut
  • 4 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions:
  • Marinate salmon fillets in a medium bowl with orange juice, covering and letting it sit in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight for optimal flavor infusion.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Ensure each salmon fillet is gently enveloped in a delicate egg coating, followed by a lavish dip in coconut flakes. Artfully lay the fillets on a baking sheet, allowing them ample room to crisp to perfection in the oven's warmth for about 15 minutes, or until the coconut achieves a delightful golden hue and the fish effortlessly flakes at the touch of a fork.
  • Heat orange marmalade and Dijon mustard in a saucepan over medium heat until warm. Serve as a dipping sauce for the salmon.
