Indulge in a cozy warm soy milk tea latte for two.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 5 bags green tea
  • 1 piece (2 x 4 inch) orange peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, bring the soymilk and honey to a gentle boil over medium-high heat, stirring often. Remove from heat and mix in the tea bags, orange peel, and ginger until well combined.
  • Infuse tea bags into soymilk mixture for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags and orange peel. Strain soymilk mixture before serving.
