Elevate weeknight pork chops with zesty citrus and fragrant sage for a flavorful twist that's sure to spice up your dinner routine!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (5 ounce) boneless center-cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
  • 0.25 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, divided
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage leaves
Instructions:
  • Season the chops generously with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chops, flipping once, until they are cooked through, which should take about 8 minutes. While the chops are cooking, grate 1 teaspoon of orange peel and squeeze out 1/4 cup of juice from the orange. Once the chops are done, transfer them to a serving platter and cover to keep warm.
  • In the same skillet over medium-high heat, melt the last tablespoon of Spread. Add orange juice and bring it to a boil, scraping up the flavorful brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it boil for 1 minute until it slightly reduces. Remove from heat, stir in sage and orange peel, then drizzle this flavorful mixture over the chops.
