Ingredients:
  • 400ml fresh valencia juice
  • 107.50 gm caster sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 long strips orange skin, pith removed
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix together juice and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Stir in vanilla bean and orange skin strips and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1.2 liters of water and let it cool. Refrigerate until chilled. Strain the juice before serving. Adjust sweetness by adding sparkling mineral water if needed.
