Quick and easy surprise-inside brownies using brownie mix!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package brownie mix (such as Betty Crocker®)
  • 0.66666668653488 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 12 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then either grease 12 muffin cups or line them with paper liners.
  • Combine the brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin cup. Add a cookie into each muffin cup and top with more batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the side of the brownie comes out clean.
