Asian dressing with soy, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, topped with green shallots, beautifully complements fresh creamy oysters.
Ingredients:
  • 42.00 gm light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 24 Pacific oysters, in the half shell
  • 2 green shallots, ends trimmed, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, vinegar, and oil in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously.
  • Arrange the oysters on a large platter, then generously drizzle with the flavorful soy & sesame dressing and top with fresh green shallots. Enjoy right away.
