Tangy Asian dressing with soy, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and green shallot elevates creamy oysters.
Ingredients:
  • 42.00 gm light soy sauce
  • 40.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 24 Pacific oysters, in the half shell
  • 2 green shallots, ends trimmed, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, vinegar, and oil in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously until fully mixed.
  • Arrange the oysters on a grand platter. Drizzle with the flavorful soy & sesame dressing and garnish with green shallot. Serve promptly and enjoy!
