Buttery sautéed asparagus and onions, a perfect side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 0.25 cup sliced onion
  • 1 pinch onion salt, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
  • Sauté asparagus in velvety butter until vibrant green yet crisp-tender, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Combine 1 tablespoon of butter with onion, mix into asparagus, and generously sprinkle with onion salt.
  • Sauté the onion until slightly browned and the asparagus are tender, for about 3 to 5 minutes.
