Whip up a delicious dish of pan-seared red snapper fillets topped with a flavorful honey-mustard-ginger sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 (4 ounce) fillets red snapper
Instructions:
  • Prepare your ingredients.
  • Combine green onions, zesty lemon juice, tangy vinegar, smooth olive oil, sweet honey, bold mustard, and spicy ginger in a shallow bowl; let the flavors meld together while you prepare the rest of the dish.
  • Rinse the snapper under cold water and gently dry with paper towels.
  • Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat both sides of the snapper by dipping it into the marinade.
  • Sear snapper in a hot skillet until it turns opaque and gets a light golden brown color, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Pour the flavorful marinade into the skillet and gently simmer until the fish is tender and can be easily flaked with a fork, which should take about 2 to 3 minutes.
