Easy fluffy pancakes with self-rising flour, milk, and egg, perfect for a quick breakfast, top with your favorite fruit or syrup!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sifted self-rising flour
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine milk, egg, and 2 tablespoons oil. Mix in flour until fully incorporated.
  • Heat the remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil on a medium-heated griddle until water drops sizzle upon contact. Pour 1/8 cup of batter (or 1/4 cup for larger pancakes) onto the griddle for each pancake, working in batches. Cook until bubbles form on top, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Flip using a metal spatula and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1 minute more.
