Irresistible Hawaiian coconut bread made with soft dough, coconut milk, and sweet condensed milk - a crowd-pleaser for all tastes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen dinner rolls, thawed
  • 1 (10 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.75 cup white sugar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by greasing it with cooking spray. Grease your hands as well with cooking spray or shortening, then gently coat the dough balls in your hands. Transfer the coated dough balls to the baking dish. Let them rise in a warm spot until doubled in size, which might take up to 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar in a small bowl. Drizzle the mixture evenly over the rolls.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes until beautifully golden brown. Allow to cool briefly before separating and serving.
