Spicy Buffalo chicken strips with crispy panko coating, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into tender-size pieces
  • 1.5 cups Buffalo wing sauce
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix panko bread crumbs, Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Next, pour Buffalo wing sauce into a separate bowl.
  • Dip chicken breast pieces in tangy Buffalo sauce, then coat them thoroughly with crispy bread crumbs. Arrange flat on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven until the center is no longer pink, juices run clear, and chicken is as crispy as desired, around 20 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
