Panko Crusted Buffalo Salmon

Make zesty and crunchy Buffalo-style salmon with panko crumbs for a unique twist on a classic sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin on
  • 1/4 cup Frank's™ RedHot™ Buffalo Wings Sauce (from 5-oz bottle)
  • 1/2 cup unseasoned crispy bread crumbs
  • Cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and cover a cookie sheet with foil.
  • Lay the salmon fillet skin side down on a baking sheet. Brush it with 2 tablespoons of sauce, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and press gently to coat. Finish by lightly spraying with cooking spray.
  • Bake until golden and fish is opaque, then cut salmon into 4 pieces, letting the skin slide off. Drizzle with extra Buffalo-style hot sauce, if desired.
