Panna cotta and brownie trifles

Indulge in a decadent trifle layered with panna cotta, brownies, strawberries, and cream to dazzle your loved ones!
Ingredients:
  • 65g pkt Chef's Kitchen panna cotta
  • 250ml milk
  • 250ml cream
  • 250g strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 26.40 gm strawberry jam
  • 200g bought brownies, thinly sliced
  • Double cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare the Chef’s Kitchen Panna Cotta by following the packet directions, using the milk and cream provided.
  • Divide the panna cotta mixture equally among six 1 1/2 cup (375ml) serving glasses. Transfer the rest of the mixture into a bowl. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours or until set.
  • Combine fresh, juicy strawberries with sweet jam in a bowl, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Layer glasses with half of the brownie pieces, followed by half of the strawberry mixture, then spoon over the remaining panna cotta. Top with the rest of the brownie, cream, and the remaining strawberry mixture before serving.
