Tender baked pork chops with crispy Parmesan crust for a deliciously simple and flavorful meal any night of the week.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 (5 ounce) boneless center-cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prep a baking dish by lining it with aluminum foil and a quick spray of cooking oil.
  • Mix together the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Coat pork chops in olive oil and coat with Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to ensure even coverage. Place in baking dish.
  • Roast in the oven until pork chops are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 40-45 minutes.
