Delicious Parmesan-crusted tilapia with bold flavors, a quick and easy baked dinner option.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish and whisk until well blended.
  • Drizzle tilapia fillets with olive oil, then generously coat them with the flavorful Parmesan cheese mixture before placing them on the baking sheet.
  • Cook the fish in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, for 10 to 12 minutes.
