Parsley & almond dip with chilli triangles

Ingredients:
  • 1 large bunch parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 5.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 39.60 gm mayonnaise
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 125.00 ml slivered almonds
  • 1 packet Lebanese bread
  • Extra 18.20 gm olive oil
  • Cracked black pepper, to sprinkle
  • Chilli flakes, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200°C, then add parsley, garlic, onions, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
  • Drizzle in the oil and blend until velvety. Toss in the almonds and pulse until mixed in.
  • Drizzle additional oil over the bread and slice into triangles. Arrange on baking trays, then season with pepper and chili before baking for 4-5 minutes. Serve alongside your favorite dip.
