Master the art of making versatile pesto easily!
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped fresh chives
  • 332.50 ml mixed fresh herbs (such as basil and flat-leaf parsley leaves)
  • 82.50 ml slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 115.00 gm Azalea grapeseed oil
  • 82.50 ml finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Blend chives, herbs, almonds, and garlic until nearly smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • While the food processor is running, pour the oil in gradually until well combined.
  • Place the mixture in a bowl. Sprinkle in the parmesan. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix until well combined.
