Party Ice Cream Cake

Top this colorful rainbow chip cake with your choice of frozen yogurt, ice cream, or sherbet for a delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Party Rainbow Chip Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 quart frozen yogurt (any flavor), slightly softened
  • Candy decorations, fresh fruit or whipped cream, as desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Prepare, bake, and allow cake to cool according to the instructions on the box for a 13x9-inch pan.
  • Cover the cake top with a generous layer of frozen yogurt and then promptly place it in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours until completely firm.
  • Before presenting the dish, garnish each serving to your liking. Any extra cake can be covered and stored in the freezer.
