Passionfruit and raspberry sparkling wine cocktails

Impress guests with this delicious drink recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 82.50 ml Cointreau liqueur
  • 6 passionfruit, halved
  • 750ml bottle pink sparkling wine
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine raspberries, sugar, and Cointreau. Use a fork to gently mash the raspberries until they are nearly smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into 8 champagne flutes. Drizzle 2 teaspoons passionfruit pulp into each flute. Top with wine and serve.
