Ingredients:

125.00 ml frozen raspberries
40.00 gm caster sugar
82.50 ml Cointreau liqueur
6 passionfruit, halved
750ml bottle pink sparkling wine

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine raspberries, sugar, and Cointreau. Use a fork to gently mash the raspberries until they are nearly smooth.
Spoon mixture into 8 champagne flutes. Drizzle 2 teaspoons passionfruit pulp into each flute. Top with wine and serve.
