Passionfruit and raspberry sparkling wine cocktails

Impressive and delicious drink recipe for guests.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • 82.50 ml Cointreau liqueur
  • 6 passionfruit, halved
  • 750ml bottle pink sparkling wine
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh and juicy raspberries with sweet sugar and a splash of Cointreau in a bowl. Use a fork to gently crush the raspberries until they are nearly smooth.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among 8 champagne flutes. Spoon 2 teaspoons of passionfruit pulp into each flute. Fill to the top with wine and serve.
