Savory pasta casserole bursting with beef, peppers, pepperoni, and gooey cheese in a rich tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 16 ounces dry fusilli/spiral pasta
  • 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 48 ounces canned tomato sauce
  • 4 ounces pepperoni sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Bring a generously salted large pot of water to a vigorous boil. Cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until perfectly al dente, then drain.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain any excess fat.
  • In a 9x13 inch casserole dish, mix together pasta, ground beef, bell pepper, onion, tomato sauce, and pepperoni until well combined. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Enjoy!
  • Bake until cheese is bubbly and casserole is piping hot, about 30-35 minutes.
