Velvety kiwifruit: a tantalizing treat for desserts or solo enjoyment.
Ingredients:
  • 6 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 1 x 300g pkt Classic Pavlova, coarsely broken
  • 100g-piece white chocolate
  • 500ml (2 cups) thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Finely chop the kiwifruit, then gently crush with the flat side of a large knife. Place the kiwifruit in a fine sieve over a bowl to strain slightly.
  • Cut the pavlova into 2-3cm pieces and use a vegetable peeler to create chocolate shavings along its length.
  • Whip the cream in a bowl with an electric beater until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the kiwifruit and pavlova into the cream to achieve a beautiful swirled effect.
  • Portion the creamy mixture evenly into six 185ml (3/4-cup) capacity serving glasses. Garnish with chocolate before serving.
