Whip up a light and tasty berry pavlova parfait with Fruche.
Ingredients:
  • 6 pavlova nests (Calais brand)
  • 2 200g containers Fruche Light Forest Berries
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced
  • 250g (1 punnet) strawberries, hulled, sliced
Instructions:
  • Gently crush the pavlova nests into a bowl. Divide the Fruche equally into four 250ml (1 cup) serving glasses. Layer each glass with a portion of the combined bananas and strawberries. Sprinkle half of the crushed pavlova nests over the fruits. Add the remaining Fruche and fruit, then top with the rest of the crushed pavlova. Finish with the remaining Fruche and fruit. Serve promptly.
