Ingredients:
  • 750.00 ml frozen peas
  • 3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 82.50 ml finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 18.20 gm extra-light olive oil
Instructions:
  • 1. Place a saucepan filled with water on high heat and bring it to a boil. Cook peas and garlic for about 3 minutes or until the peas are tender. Drain the peas and garlic.
  • Add the peas, garlic, parmesan, and oil to a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until nearly smooth. Enjoy warm or cold.
