Try this vibrant pea hommus for a fresh and tasty twist on traditional dips!
Ingredients:
  • 120g pea
  • 125g can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 12.00 gm tahini
  • 1.25 gm ground cumin
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Blanch peas in boiling water for 2 minutes until heated through. Shock in cold water and drain thoroughly.
  • Combine the peas, chickpeas, tahini, cumin, and lemon juice in a food processor and blend until creamy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and season to taste.
