Indulge in a refreshing taste of Italy with these easy peach bellinis perfect for summer.
Ingredients:
  • 400g tub peach slices in juice
  • 750ml bottle prosecco, chilled (see note)
Instructions:
  • Blend juicy peach slices in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour the puree into a jug (refer to note).
  • Divide the peach mixture evenly into each champagne flute, then top with prosecco. Serve.
