Peach Bellinis: Fresh peaches, Schnapps, Prosecco, and ginger syrup make a perfect summer cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
  • 0.5 cup ginger syrup, or more to taste
  • 0.25 cup peach schnapps
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle Prosecco
  • 6 slices fresh peaches
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine peaches, ginger syrup, and schnapps until smooth. Pour the mixture into 6 chilled 8-ounce glasses. Slowly pour in Prosecco while stirring gently. Finish by decorating with fresh peach slices.
