Peach rum punch with fresh lime juice and spicy ginger beer is a crowd-pleasing batch cocktail for summer gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe peaches, pit discarded, unpeeled, and cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups silver rum
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 4 cups spicy ginger beer
  • Ice, for serving
  • Freshly ground nutmeg, for garnish (optional)
  • Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
  • Gently crush the peaches: In a medium bowl, mix together peaches, rum, lime juice, and simple syrup. Use a wooden spoon to lightly crush the peaches to release some juices. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day before serving.
