Refreshing ginger peach fizz: Blend peaches, white rum, soda water, and ginger beer.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml ginger beer
  • 500.00 ml soda water
  • 8 nips white rum (1 nip = 30ml)
  • 4 peaches, peeled, chopped
  • Ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Blend fresh, juicy peaches into a smooth puree.
  • Fill 8 x 150ml long glasses halfway with ice. Add peach puree, ginger beer, soda water, and a splash of rum to each glass. Stir gently and serve.
