Refreshing Frozen Chai Tea Popsicles with Fresh Peaches and Honey. Ultimate summer treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 chai spice black tea bags
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 cups peach nectar
  • 1 cup diced fresh peaches
Instructions:
  • Place tea bags in a large heatproof bowl or pitcher. Pour boiling water over the tea bags and cover, allowing them to steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and stir in honey until dissolved. Finally, mix in the peach nectar.
  • Distribute the peaches evenly into 8 (5-oz) paper cups. Pour the tea mixture over the peaches. Cover the cups with foil and insert a craft stick into the center of each pop. Alternatively, follow the ice pop mold instructions. Freeze for about 6 hours, or until completely frozen.
