Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 peaches - pitted and diced
  • 1 pear - peeled, cored, and diced
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
Instructions:
  • In a small skillet over medium-low heat, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add peaches, pear, and honey; cook for 2 minutes. Season with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until hot, 5 to 6 minutes.
