Delicious fruit smoothie for breakfast or quick on-the-go treat.
Ingredients:
  • 250ml pear juice
  • 3 peaches, stones removed, cut into small chunks
  • 40.00 ml thick Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor along with a handful of ice. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into chilled glasses and serve promptly.
