Quick and easy peach raspberry cobbler, bursting with fresh fruit flavors, perfect for summer indulgence! Ready in under an hour.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 0.5 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine the peaches, raspberries, 1/4 cup of sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl. Let it rest as you continue with the rest of the recipe.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and let the butter melt in the 9x13-inch glass baking dish as the oven warms up, ensuring the dish is evenly coated. Then, remove from the heat.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 cup sugar in a bowl. Gently stir in milk until ingredients are just combined. Spread batter evenly into a buttered baking dish and top with peach and raspberry mixture.
