Indulge in a delicious warm fruit cobbler straight from the oven with your favorite fruits!
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Gently butter the bottom and sides of a 9x1 1/2-inch deep-dish pie plate or 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Combine the peaches, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes, then transfer into a pie plate.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in the bowl until a dough is formed. Spoon the dough over the fruit mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is a deep golden brown and cooked through.
